‘Klingon’ to ‘Star Trek’
Summer’s off to a great start with hot men in space. “Star Trek: Into Darkness” is emerging into the light to shine with great passion and a whole lot of stress.
“Star Trek” is a world famous series that started in the 1960s, and is filled with intense action and strong relationships. “Star Trek: Into Darkness” portrayed these important features perfectly.
The entire time watching this film, viewers will not be able to sit still. Stressful is a perfect word for the action, which is fantastic. This film is filled with suspense and will make viewers extremely anxious.
Intensity is always around every corner, keeping viewers on the edge of their seats. “Star Trek” really hits the gut of adrenaline with its surplus of intensity.
Every type of stressful situation, from possible bombings to love affairs, is in this movie. “Star Trek” will make viewers itch to find out what happens next.
Viewers can tell right off the bat that Spock (Zachary Quinto) and Captain James Kirk (Chris Pine) truly care for one another.
But when either Spock or Kirk hurt one another, viewers sit there and scream internally. The bond between this man and half-Vulcan is what I would label as a bromance. It is probably the strongest bromance ever portrayed in the history of Hollywood.
“Star Trek: Into Darkness” is an action-packed story about Kirk and his crew on the military ship the Enterprise. This crew is known as the exploring team called the Starfleet, which are sent around the universe years at a time to discover new worlds and species.
It starts with Starfleet on a under developed planet, and Kirk and his team must protect this small developing species from being killed by an erupting volcano.
Without spoilers being said, the most that can be put here is that Kirk had to take extreme measures just to save Spock, and Spock is not pleased at all.
Soon viewers find out Kirk is no longer in charge of the Enterprise and gets demoted from his current position as captain. And it’s all because he saved Spock’s life.
Things take a turn for the worse when a huge bomb strikes one of Starfleet’s public facilities, and nearly kills everyone on site.
After a series of tragic events, Kirk is reassigned as captain of the Enterprise to hunt down and stop this maniac from causing any more havoc.
“Star Trek: Into Darkness” receives a 3.5 out of 4 Grizzly paws for its many suspenseful action scenes.
